Gingerbread Waddesdon Manor is the most extravagant gingerbread house ever Six-foot tall and full of sweets, this spicy structure is of truly regal proportions.  Following fifteen months of preparations and 500 hours of work, a gingerbread model of England's Waddesdon Manor is complete. The portrait brought in US$172,500 and the Small World animatronic doll sold for US$80,500 at Van Eaton Galleries’ “Souvenirs of Disneyland” auction. The gallery announced Monday that the auction raised more than US$1.2 million.
