WASHINGTON — The congressman representing lower Manhattan said Friday he’s furious with Donald Trump for reneging on a pledge to donate to 9/11 charities — calling him out as a “moocher” only interested in helping himself.“He lies about anything and everything, he doesn’t give any money, he says he will give money to charity,” Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-Manhattan) told the Daily News. Nadler ran a task force of elected officials at Ground Zero after the attacks and coordinated official response and public-private efforts to help the neighborhood recover.
